Hi, I’m Nadine.

StrongHER was born after years of coaching women who were doing “everything right”, yet still felt stuck, tired, or disconnected from their bodies.

I’ve seen that real change doesn’t come from punishment or perfection.
It comes from clarity, patience, and the right support.

StrongHER is a reflection of how I coach, and how I believe women deserve to be supported.
